（中央社記者陳葦庭台北13日電）夜市不只是台灣的特色，關島也有夜市文化，繽紛多樣的果汁、燒烤，當地原住民查莫洛人更將椰子和芥末一起吃，口感就和生魚片一樣美味。 台灣的夜市聞名世界，是各國觀光客造訪時一定要安排的行程，不過，不只台灣夜市好玩，關島的夜市也相當精采，海風配上燒烤的香氣，是四季皆夏的關島獨有的風情。 每週三限定的關島查莫洛夜市是關島最著名的市集，傍晚開始攤販陸續開始營業，一攤攤烤得香噴噴的雞腿、牛肉、串燒、豬腳和海鮮吸引許多遊客駐足，還有當地原住民的傳統查莫洛特色紅飯，是由當地植物胭脂花製成。 炎炎夏日，逛夜市時到處都可見人手一杯清涼的果汁，來到查莫洛夜市，果汁攤販前一整排不同顏色、口味的果汁，還會貼心地端著到處邀請遊客試喝，展現濃濃人情味。 逛夜市就跟尋寶一樣，總是有讓人意想不到的驚喜，來到關島查莫洛夜市，椰子汁喝完千萬殼別丟，攤販會將椰子剖開，把椰肉挖起加入醬油、芥末，就成了關島獨有的料理「椰子刺身」，口感就跟生魚片一樣有彈性，同時不失椰子的清爽甘甜。 關島查莫洛夜市就位在巴西歐公園旁邊，傍晚5時左右開始營業，一直到晚間9時左右收攤，由於鄰近海邊，不少遊客也會買好食物坐在海邊欣賞夕陽西下美景。1050813
